ABOUT SHERI

Experience . Integrity. Results. This is what Sheri has built her business around over the past 30+ years. She has achieved merit and recognition for being a top selling and listing agent as well as top overall agent in a high impact office several years in a row. Sheri’s strong belief that her client’s well-being and best interest come before all else is one reason her clients love her. First and foremost, she feels the need to earn the trust of clients. She does this by being herself; honest and knowledgeable. The result is a stronger and better professional relationship. The fact that she maintains long term relationships with the majority of her clients speaks well for her character.

Sheri states “I work hard to build a solid relationship with my clients, many of whom are now my friends. Letting a client down, by not doing what I say that I’ll do, just isn’t an option for me. I feel that the most important aspect of my job is to ensure my clients are protected and are completely informed before making a decision that may be one of the most important of their life. Representing buyers and sellers are more to me than just a transaction. Helping clients navigate the real estate experience is super exciting for me. I get to see the happiness, often to the point of tears, that comes with someone owning their first home. It can be just as exciting for someone moving up to their dream home or downsizing to make their life simpler. For me, there’s no better job on Earth!”

Another known fact about Sheri is that she strongly believes that when you hire her, you GET her. You don’t get an assistant or a team member. She believes that you hire her for what she brings to the table; her experience, her integrity and her results in getting the job done. Her feeling is, “Why mess with something that works?”

Sheri lives in Woodland Park, Colorado with her husband Jon who is a mortgage lender. They share their home with 3 golden retrievers, Putz, Maddie Mae and Duke. Jon and Sheri love taking walks with their fur babies and exploring Colorado. She also loves gardening, horses and reading which she rarely has time for. But mostly, meeting new people. So, if you see her on the street or store, feel free to stop and talk to her.
